Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping rates?
We offer several shipping options through UPS and the U. S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are based on actual weight and size of your order. Orders over $200 will receive free ground shipping. To view actual shipping costs for your order, add items to your shopping cart and then use the Estimate Shipping tool to calculate shipping based on your zip code.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
It is our goal to ship out orders within one business day. However, orders may be delayed slightly during homeschool convention season (April-June) and during the Christmas season (December). When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you need your order by a certain date, please choose an appropriate shipping method and contact us with any specific requests. We will do our best to accomodate your needs.
Can I change my order once I have submitted it?
If your order has not shipped, we can make changes to your order for you. Call our customer service department at 417-206-9724 or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
I live near Webb City, Missouri; can I pick up my order to save shipping costs?
Yes! You will first need to change the "State" field in your shipping address to "Missouri." During the checkout process, choose "Hold for Pickup" as your shipping option. We will email you when your order is pulled and available for pickup.

Though our product pages are not encrypted, our secure payment process is hosted by PayPal with an SSL certificate from Comodo.
Returns & Replacement
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Products in new original condition may be returned for a complete refund of the purchase price. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return and mail to 1014 Wilson St., Webb City, MO 64870. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, but for some reason it is not in new original condition, please contact our customer service department by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged in shipping, please call us at 417-206-9724 or use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
I cannot find a specific product on your website; does this mean it is no longer available through your store?
Not necessarily. Due to agreements with certain publishers, there are some resources that are not listed on our website. These resources can be ordered by calling us at 417-206-9724. We try to keep our website current, but at any given time, there are usually new resources that have not been listed online yet. We also have access to distributor warehouses with thousands of additional products, usually at discounted prices. If you can't find it, ask! Chances are that we can have it in stock within a few days! Call us at 417-206-9724 or email us by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
When will I receive my product if it is currently backordered?
Most backordered items will ship out in 1-2 weeks of placing an order though many will ship sooner. In the case of products that are out of print or unavailable, occasionally a product may be cancelled from your order, and you will be contacted regarding the change. You can check on the status of a backordered item by calling us at 417-206-9724 or by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Orders shipped to a Texas address will be charged Texas use tax of 6.25%, and Missouri sales tax of 7.7% will be added to all orders shipped to a Missouri address or picked up in Missouri.

Where do I enter a coupon code? Can I use more than one coupon code on my order?
Coupon codes can be entered on your shopping cart page. Only one coupon code may be used per order. If you receive an error message, please verify that you have entered the coupon code correctly and that the coupon code has not expired.
